While Bakery & Table may be famous for its vast assortment of fresh-baked breads and pastries, the happy hour menu also offers a great selection.
“We introduced our new happy hour menu about three weeks ago,” says terrace manager Tennille Kelley. “It features menu items that are $5, $8 and $10; beers are $3 and wines and hand-crafted cocktails are $5.”
One of the most popular happy hour items is Olive Caprese ($10) featuring fresh mozzarella, grapes, microgreens and balsamic drizzle. Another best-seller is B&T Sliders ($10), which is unique for many reasons.
“We named it the B&T Slider because we like to change it — sometimes we have fish, steak or chicken (inside),” Kelley explains.
“We bake all of our bread in house, so even our slider rolls are baked fresh daily in our bakery. The sliders are on a seeded, multi-grain roll and the meat’s grilled fresh; we don’t have anything pre-cooked here.”
Kelley says happy hour is first-come, first-served and encompasses the whole bar and outside lounge seating area.
“We want this to be a place for locals to come and get away from town and their everyday life,” she says. “Here, you can just chill out and enjoy great ambiance and food.”
Bakery & Table also is featuring a new specials menu, which includes Garlic Grilled Lamp Chop ($21). “We want this to be the new local hot spot, where people can enjoy happy hour and stay for dinner,” adds Kelley.
