Achieving your fitness and health goals in 2017 is tastier and more convenient with GRYLT’s Meal Prep service. The service launched last October and was designed to help individuals with their fitness and health goals.

According to GRYLT corporate chef Jose Arias, complete meals include one protein, one starch and one veggie, but meal options are custom-designed for each customer’s needs. The cost ranges from $7.50 to $17 per meal, depending on the type of protein customers select.

“You can customize your orders to include more starch or veggies,” Arias explains. “We feature proteins like all-natural chicken; our unique, 60-day aged Certified Black Angus tri-tip; grilled tofu; our fresh catch, swai, which has a sweet, mild taste and light, flaky texture; and Atlantic Salmon.

“Our meats are fresh, never frozen, and they’re steroid- and hormone-free,” Arias adds.

Veggies and starches customers can choose from include Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, potatoes, asparagus and more. Customers can view their options and place orders through GRYLT’s website, builtbygrylt.com.

“You tell us how many meals per week you want, and you can choose your proteins and side items,” Arias summarizes. “You can pick up your meals at the location of your choice on Sundays and Wednesdays. Because we guarantee freshness, orders need to be submitted by Wednesday at noon for the following week.”

Meals simply need to be heated up before enjoying. Arias states that GRYLT customers can anticipate an enjoyable experience when it comes to eating healthy.

“We don’t believe in a one-style-fits-all mentality,” Arias states. “With our customizable menu options, you don’t get bored eating the same thing every week. With our Meal Prep service, you don’t need to worry about cooking — we do all the work for you. It’s great for those with an on-the-go lifestyle.”
