A plethora of the freshest sushi can be found at Kozo Sushi. With five locations on Oahu alone — Keeaumoku, Moiliili, Kahala Mall, Pearlridge and Pearl City — your seafood cravings will be quickly satisfied.
The eatery first opened in 1972 in Osaka, Japan before expanding to Hawaii, where it continues to offer quick, quality service and an assortment of delicious offerings.
And it’s no wonder that Kozo remains an island favorite, as the business presents an immense list of sushi options to choose from. Find hand rolls, hosomaki, makimono, nigiri and donburi on the menu. And for those not in the mood for raw fish, Kozo offers authentic bentos.
All dishes are served with rice (brown rice also offered), which is cooked using special Kozo Sushi vinegar and no MSG.
LET’S PARTY
Sushi lovers are invited to celebrate with Kozo Sushi all year long. Serving up an abundance of party platters, guests can’t go wrong with D-Nigiri Set ($34.99) or D-Maki Set ($28.99). D-Nigiri Set dishes out a 52-piece array of ahi, ika, egg, negitoro, masago, ebi, unagi and salmon nigiri, as well as tekka, cucumber and shinko maki. As for D-Maki Set, it comes with a total of 52 sushi, including inari, futomaki, egg, California, ume, kanpyo, and cucumber and shinko maki.
