Diners have come to count on GRYLT for “good food that’s good for you,” and customers can look forward to a new facet of the restaurant that is aimed at helping local families enjoy healthy and delicious choices in a flash.
As a special inside scoop for Dining Out readers, GRYLT is rolling out a new Meal Prep service starting Oct. 1.
“Lots of our customers inquired about meal-prep options, especially those who are busy and want to provide healthier options for their families,” says Jason Gudeman, corporate general manager at GRYLT. “So many people are conscious of what they put in their bodies. We can help by offering clean, delicious meals for everyone.”
The Meal Prep offerings will range from $7 to $16 and feature proteins such as steak, chicken, tilapia, tofu and salmon in 4-, 6and 8-ounce portions. Diners also can look forward to black cod, rainbow trout and “a few other surprises” that will make up the quick-and-easy meals. The complete meals also include a cup of veggies and a starch selection, and snacks are available as well to complete the nutritional array recommended for leading a healthy lifestyle.
When the Meal Prep service launches, GRYLT also will serve up breakfast selections including egg white wraps, steel-cut oatmeal and crust-less quiche.
The meals are cooked and ready to be picked up, and just need to be heated up before enjoying. And, as Gudeman explains, these meals align with GRYLT’s philosophy of including locally sourced produce, steroid and hormone-free proteins and fresh, not frozen, ingredients to create superb flavor without unnecessary calories.
The husband-and-wife ownership team of Allen and Mayu Farinas strives to offer restaurant-quality cuisine that is served quickly. The duo puts a spin on fast food, as dishes feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients that offer “a healthier alternative to the plate lunch.” In addition to the exciting new Meal Prep choices, diners can still pick up their favorite GRYLT entree plates, sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, dressings and sauces, all made from scratch and incorporating local ingredients.
The management team emphasizes that customers can look forward to an enjoyable all-around experience, including the commitment to stellar customer service coupled with the freshest, tastiest ingredients possible in every meal.
“We take pride in what we create. We’re going to feed our own family with this food, you know — it’s not going to have any junk,” Allen says. “It’s all about letting the natural flavors shine through with consciously created, nutritious meals. Come let our family serve your family.”
