Pomaikai Ballrooms serves up a host of menu options that pair perfectly with every event, including the Buffet Medley for lunch or dinner.
The lunch buffet options range from $31 per person for four salads, two entrees, one hot vegetable choice and a starch, to $41 per person including prime rib, four salads, three entrees, one hot vegetable selection and a starch. These prices are based on a 50-person minimum, and additional salads or starches can be added for $1.50 each per person.
For dinner, the buffet options start from $41 per person for five salads, one soup, two entrees, a hot vegetable choice and two starches, to $51 per person including prime rib, five salads, a soup, three entrees, one hot vegetable option and two starches. These dinner buffet prices are based on a 75-person minimum. Various desserts and beverages also are available as part of the buffet selections.
The stellar menu is accented with local flavors and influences from Pomaikai Ballrooms’ heart-of-the-house team led by executive chef Freddie Billena and sous chef Eddy Ayau. Some of the popular entree selections are: Furikake Crusted Ahi with Wasabi Aioli; Baked Chicken with Grilled Vegetables and Yellow Thai Curry; and Miso Salmon with Roasted Baby Vegetables.
