Taste buds can soar through a range of flavors and dishes at New Eagle Cafe.
The restaurant’s extensive menu, which features more than 100 items, offers many local staples. Roasted Prime Rib ($21.35) and Oxtail Soup ($14.25) are among the best sellers at the inviting eatery.
But there also are some unique items for those who like to switch it up, such as Beef Liver ($13.50) and Lamb Curry ($14.75).
The assortment of options coupled with New Eagle Cafe’s child-friendly environment, creates the ideal dining destination for families. In fact, children (10 and under) eat free every Monday, as long as adults order an entree.
The restaurant conveniently is located on North Nimitz Highway, and the entire kin can swoop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner, seven days a week.
BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS
No matter what age you are, a good breakfast will always help you start your day. Two Pork Chops and Eggs ($15.35) is a hearty and delicious way to do just that.
The chops are grilled and seasoned to perfection, while two eggs are cooked to the customer’s liking. The platter of protein also comes with a side of tomatoes, lettuce and choice of starch (rice, hash brown or toast).
On a sweeter note, Macadamia Nut Hotcake Combo ($9.85) features a stack of warm hotcakes, covered with diced macadamia nuts and served with a side of homemade coconut-cream sauce. The pancakes are complimented with an egg and choice of meat (link or Portuguese sausage, smoked ham, luncheon meat, bacon, Spam or a homemade hamburger patty).
