Those who love meat can rejoice, as countless options abound at yakiniku eatery Camellia Buffet. Whether you want Spicy Fried Chicken, Boneless Kalbi or Beef Brisket, you’re sure to satisfy your carnivorous cravings.
According to general manager Kelly Park, Camellia is known for its extensive meaty selection, all the while keeping to traditional Korean fare.
“A lot of restaurants cater to local tastes, but at Camellia, we want our customers to taste Korean traditional food,” she says.
The most popular meat item is Boneless Kalbi, which is only served during dinner. Since last year, though, Park says Camellia introduced additional “meatier” options.
“We added Pork Belly and Beef Brisket,” she states. “If you have friends or family coming to visit and you want to show them something new (to barbecue), this would be the best for them to experience. Here, you can get the most for your money’s worth.”
The dinner buffet is $27.95 for adults and $17 for children, while the lunch buffet is $18.95 for adults and $14 for children (ages 4-8). Weekends are usually busy, and Park recommends making reservations, especially with graduation season coming up.
“We take reservations for parties of five or more,” Park confirms. “It’s better to make reservations earlier than the day of your event.”
“As soon as you come in, the food is out already and you just choose what you want — no waiting necessary,” she adds.
Customers can take advantage of Camellia Buffet’s current discounts. The lunch special ($14.95 buffet) is available until May 30; a minimum of two adults must be present with the coupon (on page 15) to redeem the offer. Customers can also bring in the coupon to receive 10 percent off during dinner. Military members (with ID) can receive a 10 percent discount as well.
