Created by Wolfgang Zwiener, who had spent years as the head waiter at a famous steak house in New York, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has become a renowned eatery in its own right.
Wolfgang’s has dozens of locations throughout the country, as well as in Korea and Japan. The menu has everything you could want from a steakhouse — USDA Prime dry-aged cuts, along with a solid list of seafood dishes and sides.
In addition to the steak of your choice, Broccoli ($14.95) is an ideal side dish, while Lobster Mac ‘N Cheese ($16.95) offers a more decadent bite with four cheeses and a whole lobster tail.
SAVORY ALL THE WAY
Porterhouse For Two ($115.95, about 32 ounces) features high-quality prime-grade beef that is aged in-house for 28 days. The choicest parts of the beef are selected and then cooked to perfection — complete with a caramelized crust.
