Also new are Steamed Opakapaka with baby bok choy and steamed rice; Roasted Beef Tenderloin with perigourdine sauce and twin mashed potatoes; and Kauai Shrimp with pasta, Hamakua mushrooms and Kamuela tomatoes (prices vary by event).

The Hawaii Prince staff is standing by to connect interested parties with experienced and reliable vendors to assist with everything from stunning floral arrangements to attractive table settings. Diners are encouraged to mark their calendars for Saturday, March 19, at 6 p.m., as Hawaii Prince Hotel will host a wine tasting event showcasing vino from South America (price to be determined).
