When it comes to good food, we all want to dine like kings and queens. Make a visit to Ala Moana Hotel, where Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant can best cater to your desired Asian-dining experience. The restaurant has been in its same location on the third floor for almost 30 years. Owner Calvin Wong has been running the restaurant since the beginning, even when it formerly was known as Capital Chinese Restaurant on Keeaumoku Street. If you want great Chinese food, this is the place to go, as the food here is, as Wong explains, “traditional, authentic Chinese food, Hong Kong-style.”
This well-known establishment has continuously been attracting old and new customers alike for its delectable Chinese dishes. Its notoriety has reached actor Jackie Chan, tech business magnates, local politicians and even Hong Kong’s elite. A special dining place calls for extra special offerings for happy customers.
Right now, for parties of one to four people, with a purchase of two regular menu items, diners can have one of the following dishes absolutely free: Minced Pork with Lettuce Wrap ($16.95), Pot-Roasted Pork with Taro ($16.95), Pea Par Tofu with Spinach in casserole ($18.95), Deep-fried Taro Ball with Crabmeat filling ($19.95) and Minced Pork and Chinese Sausage with Spinach ($16.95). For parties of five to eight people, diners can choose one and a half dishes complimentary, and for parties of more than eight people, diners can choose two free dishes.
From now until March of next year, enjoy a free dim sum with a purchase of over $30, two for over $60 and three for over $90. Plus, after the holiday season, be prepared for an upcoming Chinese New Year special.
