YogurStory adds another chapter with dinner

In a story that keeps getting better. YogurStory welcomes all to sample its newest dinner menu, featuring creations inspired by some of Italy’s most classic dishes.

“We wanted to branch out into the dinner world by incorporating a lot of local favorites into Italian cuisine,” says Brandon Stover, executive chef of YogurStory. “The combination of flavors is equal parts comfort food and high-end cuisine, at an affordable price.”

The eatery’s Kalbi and Kimchee Risotto ($24) is a must-have dish, paired with a light medley of sesame spinach. “We cook the risotto with white wine, butter and add Parmesan cheese to give it that nice richness against the kalbi, which we marinate for 24 hours beforehand,” says Stover. “I created this originally for myself and know it will resonate well with our customers.”

Paying homage to Italy’s other signature carb, Seafood Pepperoncino ($20) is a must-have, as it’s prepared with olive oil and white wine sauce infused with clams, mussels and shrimp, sautéed with garlic chili flakes and soy. “For a pasta, this dish packs on so much flavor, while still remaining on the lighter side,” Stover adds.

With dinner service in full swing at the popular eatery, YogurStory is undoubtedly due for a busy summer season. “In addition to our regular dinner menu, customers can expect a lot of unique specials running from week to week.

“It’s all about catering to the needs and appetites of our diners.”
