It’s never too late to celebrate Chinese New Year, and Dining Out caught up with Vetta Yeung, Shelton Higa and Ashlee Matsui of SAH Inc. on their lunch break at Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant doing just that.

Located in Hookipa Terrance, Jade Dynasty has wowed those who have walked past its doors with its beautiful chandeliers and decor.
But the atmosphere and friendly staff aren’t the only things that keep people coming back. The food is exceptional, and the dim sum is steamed to order. A favorite from the regular menu is Minute Chicken with Cake Noodle ($13.95).
Vetta Yeung: “It’s beautiful here compared to regular dim sum places. It seems high class.”
Shelton Higa: “Everything is good. I like Minute Chicken with Cake Noodle ($13.95).”
Ashlee Matsui: “I like Baked Pineapple Cream Buns ($2.95). They’re all (dim sum) good, but this is the best.”
