According to restaurant director Ave Kwok, this 8,250-square-foot upscale eatery, located at Ala Moana Center’s Hookipa Terrace, offers 70 different variations of Hong Kong-style dim sum and other family-style favorites.
Dining Out recently caught up with Jade Dynasty Seafood’s assistant manager Thomas Lung and checked out a few of the hottest items on the menu, including a new dish that’s sure to satisfy hungry diners.
Fit for Royalty
When it comes to first-rate dishes, these are three that every Jade Dynasty customer should try:
Tea Smoked Shrimp ($22.95)
This new entree showcases baked tiger shrimp smoked to perfection with black tea leaves until they capture the unique flavor of the tea. Then the zesty shrimp is stir-fried to encompass the palatable essence of garlic sauce, oyster sauce and shoyu.
Stir-Fry Diced Beef in Red Wine French Style ($16.95)
Unique to Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant, this dish features beef tenderloin sauteed with a hint of tomato sauce, shoyu, salt and pepper, and a dash of red wine. The tantalizing beef is then stir-fried with savory onions and red and green bell peppers.
Stir-Fry Rice Noodles Chiu Chow Style ($10.95)
As Jade Dynasty’s top lunch-seller, this delicious entree consists of skinny rice noodles mixed with shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, scallions and more.
