“The buffet is one of the main attractions here,” says manager Crystal Chan. “More people tend to eat from the buffet than off the menu.”

As part of the dinner buffet, customers will find Steamed Snow Crab legs with a side of melted butter in addition to Salt and Pepper Dungeness Crab, to name a few delectable seafood dishes.

With more than 50 buffet items featured daily, Chan advises diners to come with a hearty appetite.

“Everything is homemade and cooked fresh. We also have beef broccoli, salt and pepper shrimp, orange chicken, sweet and sour spare ribs, steamed butterfish with black bean sauce, kau yuk, cold ginger chicken, fried rice, fried noodles, desserts and more.”

As your go-to place for celebrating parties and other events, Ho Ho Chinese Cuisine is set to hold a special promotion beginning February. If you book a private dinner party of 200 people or more, you’ll also receive a 40-pound complimentary roast pig to serve your guests.

“We can accommodate parties for any occasion like birthdays, graduations, anniversaries and retirement parties,” Chan adds.

This West Oahu eatery opened its doors in 2004 and, in addition to its many buffet selections, the restaurant also is attracting customers with its dim sum and fried chicken wings.

“Our fried chicken wings are served all day and some customers come in to feast on the wings alone.

“We serve dim sum take out as early as 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. on Sunday,” she states, noting the response to the manapua and pork hash has been superb.

Ho Ho Chinese Cuisine meets all catering needs as well, so customers should start planning their parties now.
