Known for good food at affordable prices, Golden Palace Seafood Restaurant has long been a popular destination for Chinese cuisine lovers.
Located in Chinatown, the eatery was packed with a festive lunch time crowd when Dining Out stopped in recently. Among the patrons DO found were longtime friends Mary Silva and Dorene Sanborn, both admitted dim sum fanatics. We asked what they’d recommend from the menu.
Dorene Sanborn: “It’s my first time here and I think the dim sum is great!”
Mary Silva: I’ve eaten here several times, and today we ordered the shrimp won ton, the look fun noodles, baked bao and shumai (pork hash). One of the reasons I really like it here is because it’s very inexpensive and there’s a lot of dim sum to choose from.”
