For a platter of pupus that will be welcomed at any celebration you’ll attend this week, check out Kozo Sushi’s spectacular selection of party plates.
With eight plates to choose from, you’ll be able to find something for a gathering of any size. Selections begin with the Junior Set (30 pieces including nigiri with ahi, ebi and unagi, and hosomaki with tekka and cucumber) and progress in size to the Kamaaina Plate, a 98-piece party pleaser with makimono, hosomaki, and inari.
Some of Kozo Sushi’s most popular party selections include the Family Set ($31.99), a platter of 45 delicious pieces: 12 nigiri (ahi, egg, ebi, salmon); 3 inari; 12 of makimono (California and futo maki); and 18 pieces of hosomaki (tekka, cucumber and shinko maki), as well as the Aloha Set ($31.99), whose 43 pieces include 25 nigiri (ahi, ika, egg, ebi, salmon) and 18 hosomaki (tekka, cucumber and shinko maki).
And Kozo’s Deluxe Nigiri Set ($39.99) is an elegant 45-piece platter that features an assortment of nigiri (ahi, ika, egg, negitoro, ikura, masago, ebi, unagi and salmon) and hosomaki (tekka, cucumber and shinko). It’s a perfect selection for anybody who wants to bring luxury sushi to a party — it looks terrific, has fresh and delectable contents, and is affordably priced.
Since opening its first location in Osaka, Japan in 1972, Kozo Sushi has been known for great quality and excellent value. Rice is made with
Kozo Sushi’s own special vinegar, which has no MSG, and techniques for sushi creation are a result of extensive research done by Kozo Sushi staff in Japan.
All of Kozo Sushi’s locations will be open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Call your favorite store soon to place an order for your party plate!
