For more than 30 years, Lung Fung Chinese Restaurant has offered an extensive menu of Cantonese cuisine, and still manages to keep its menu current. In fact, Lung Fung creates at least one or two new menu items every month.

For this month, try the new menu item Shanghai Rice Cake ($10.95). It is made with mochi rice cakes, mixed vegetables (snow peas and mushrooms) and spices. You also can choose to add meat.
