The cut-up and hulking fishing boat situated in the middle of the restaurant and the onsite brewery create a laid-back and cozy atmosphere that also caught the attention of customers Jeff Roach and Martin Jensen. The co-workers enjoyed lunch at the North Nimitz Highway location recently and talked about their favorite dishes at Sam Choy’s:

Jeff Roach: “I got the Chicken Chopped Salad ($14.95). The salad is really fresh and tastes really good.”

Martin Jensen: “I ordered the Ahi Salad ($17.95) because I really like the marinated fried ahi a lot. What makes this salad so special is Sam’s Creamy Oriental Dressing. It’s a deliciously sweet and creamy dressing with a touch of ginger.”

Jeff Roach: “I even ordered an extra portion of that salad dressing and mixed it with my salad. The Creamy Oriental Dressing makes my Chicken Chopped Salad even taste better!”
