Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant’s Father’s Day Special Menu (nine course meal for 10, $518), which requires a 24-hour notice, features golden crab claw and puff rice, peking duck with buns, duck meat with julienned peppers, honey and walnut prawns, stir-fried string beans with minced pork, lobster with mochi rice in lotus wrap, sweet red bean soup, dried scallop and fish maw soup, and fish filets with sweet and sour sauce. A seven- course meal for five ($218) is also available.
