As guests enter Jade Dy- nasty Seafood Restau- rant, they are treated
to a palace of Asian-inspired design serving a multitude of culinary delights from soup to fillets.
“We bring joy and happi- ness as many customers love our food,” says executive chef Thomas Ho. “I enjoy seeing peo- ple enjoy my food, it makes me happy to see them happy.”
Ho and his staff are ready to serve, beginning with an appe- tizer of Soft Tofu with Assorted Seafood and Vegetables made in a bamboo steamer ($18.95). Ho says this is the perfect dish for summer, along with Hong Kong Style Beef Curry ($21.95) made by skillfully mixing two types of curry with coconut milk and garlic.
