Decadent dining isn’t only for humans. Belly Rub
Kitchen has created healthy, delicious dishes for
furry friends, too.
Started in the summer of 2022, Belly Rub Kitchen’s vision
was to create single-ingredient, dehydrated treats that would appeal to dogs and also offer pet parents versa- tility and nutrition. Now, the eatery serves “crispy, lean treats without any preservatives or additives,” says owner Derek Lee.
“When making the treats, each one passes through our hands,”Leeexplains.“Weknowpeoplecantrustourtreats.” Top sellers are the 100% Beef, Pork or Chicken Doggie Treats ($14). The single-protein-ingredient, crispy strips are perfect for dogs of all sizes, as they easily break into smaller portions. Also, the treats work well for many pups
prone to food allergies.
“Some of our customers have used the treats for train-
ing, too — both for general and competition training,” says Lee.
That’s a testament to the treats’ tantalizing flavors.
