Oahu is one of the best destinations for deli- cious cuisine and great
music, and Kalapawai Market in Waimanalo knows how to keep visitors and locals happy with both.
Open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays-Sundays, the restau- rant, which also boasts locations in Kailua and Kapolei, serves all types of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in addition to snacks.
Some of the most popular dishes include the Sherwoods Burger ($18) with half-pound wagyu beef, cheddar cheese, bacon, avocado, arugula, tomato, onion, pickles and house sauce on a brioche bun; the Auction Fresh Fish ($28), which comes with lemongrass risotto, braised kale, local mushrooms, mirco-ci- lantro and red curry aioli; and the Chicken Parmesan ($22) with a San Marzano tomato sauce, moz- zarella and spaghetti.
