Area director Jasmine Doropan explains that guests look forward to the cuisine and customer service pro-
vided at the restaurant’s two sites: Hookipa Terrace atop Ala Moana Center and The Village at Ka Makana Ali‘i.
“Olive Garden’s core man- tra is ‘family’ and the sense of togetherness felt when you are sharing a warm, hearty meal with your loved ones, nothing beats that feeling,” Doropan says. “With our love for our food and providing a memorable guest experi- ence, we continue to grow our business. The kamaa- ina on the island have been such strong supporters as we come together like family.”
Be sure to try a new offer- ing only available at the two Hawaii locations: Calabrian Mahi Mahi ($27.89) fea- tures pan-seared mahi mahi
topped with a smoky Cal- abrian tomato sauce along with roasted red peppers and cherry tomatoes served over angel hair pasta. The flavor- ful fish is a perfect match for guests here in the islands as local diners’ love for mahi mahi is undeniable.
Olive Garden’s popular Create Your Own Pasta (start- ing at $17.89, price varies depending on topping se- lections) features many op- tions including Rigatoni, Five Cheese Sauce, Broccoli and Chicken Fritta, just to name a few.
Doropan explains that “Guests are encouraged to create a new Italian classic with pasta your way, hand- crafted from our Italian
kitchen. There are so many choices, the ‘pastabilities’ are endless.”
Six-ounce Sirloin ($27.49) is cooked to one’s desired temperature and topped with garlic herb butter along with a side of Fettuccine Alfredo. The juicy sirloin steak ac- cented with the garlic butter sauce pairs perfectly with the rich and hearty alfredo pasta.
Grilled Chicken Margher- ita ($25.79) is one of Olive Garden’s healthier menu options as it contains just 540 calories. After it’s topped with freshly chopped tomatoes, mozzarella, basil pesto and lemon garlic sauce, the suc- culent chicken is served with Parmesan garlic broccoli.
