of smoked hamachi crudo or sweet shrimp tartare; roasted sea scallop or miso garlic shrimp; clear dashi soup or baby greens; and Hawaiian kampachi or a prime New York strip. Finishing the meal is a choice between a chocolate caramel tart or pistachio cake.

For two days only (Feb. 13-14), Zippy’s is offering a Parmesan- crusted Mahi Mahi with creamy caper sauce ($15.95 fast-food, $18.35 dine-in). It features a golden Parmesan-crusted mahi mahi over a bed of spaghetti noodles, and topped with a creamy caper sauce. It’s garnished with diced tomatoes and a lemon wedge, and served with garlic bread.
