Momosan's Spicy Tan-Tan combines Japanese and Malaysian cuisines - a unique dish packed with rich aromas and flavors. Their Spicy Tan-Tan broth consists of Coconut Milk, Chili Paste, and Red Curry Paste adding Malaysian elements while the Sesame Paste and Tonkotsu broth give a strong Japanese flavor profile. The combination of these diverse ingredients produces a bright orange coconut curry broth, with a pleasant creaminess and rich pork flavor perfectly paired with thick, bouncy noodles.
