While it specializes in traditional Japanese bento as well
as international cuisine, Sho’s Kitchen Honolulu also of-
fers monthly Chef’s Table Menu dinners that take the dining experience to a whole new level. The November Chef’s Table Menu is currently available from 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights by reservation.
“For the November Chef’s Table Menu, we’re focusing on French- style cuisine with some fusion,” explains owner Shoji Namatame, who notes that the eatery is BYOB for guests. “I hope everyone enjoys the experience, from appetizer to entrée.”
