Founded in 1949, Kamitoku Ramen was established in the Tottori Prefecture of Japan - specializing in Gyukotsu, or beef bone broth. For over 70 years, Gyukotsu ramen has been popular for its distinctive flavors and unique aroma.
Since 2014, Kamitoku Ramen has been the only Gyukotsu Ramen restaurant in Hawai'i and continues to be authentic by using the original signature recipes that have been passed down for generations. The whole process of creating a flavorful bowl of Gyukotsu Ramen takes an entire day! Even Kamitoku Ramen's "chashu" is an aburi-style marinated beef and their menu offers a wide variety of different beef appetizers and dishes.
