INGREDIENTS
1 package Sun Noodle Hiyashi Chuka
1 portion of Noodle & Sauce
1 tsp Gochujang paste
1 Egg, soft boiled
1/2 Cucumber, julienned
Kimchi, for garnish
Sesame Seeds, for garnish
Green Onions, for garnish
**to make two servings for this recipe, double the ingredients listed.
HOW TO COOK
1. Open one portion of Hiyashi Chuka noodles and prepare according to directions.
2. In a separate bowl combine one packet of sauce with Gochujang. Mix well.
3. After noodles are done cooking, rinse under cold water. Drain well and put into a bowl.
4. Pour Gochujang sauce mixture over noodles and mix until noodles are evenly covered.
5.Garnish with toppings. Slurp and enjoy!
