After seven years of a successful business at their first restaurant Ohana Ramen, in May 2022, Rakumen offically opened their doors in Mililani Mauka. Owners Ripeng and Carmon are eager to further share their passion for cooking, and to be a place where their customers can find comfort and turn to - hence the meaning of the name Rakumen, “Raku” meaning happy and “Men” meaning noodle.
Rakumen is more than just a restaurant that serves Ramen, Rakumen is a place which brings people together and combines different local flavors, so there is always something for their customers to enjoy. Rakumen has a wide variety of dishes on thier menu including Fried Noodles, Fried Rice, Curry Rice, and an ample amount of different side dishes such as their housemade Gyoza that is made fresh daily. Rakumen offers dine-in, take-out and an online ordering on their website.

Thin and wavy noodles paired with a creamy pork broth enhanced with black garlic oil and garnished with char siu, seaweed, seasoned egg and green onions.
Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice
$12.95
Garlic butter seasoned stir-fried rice, made fresh for every order on a wok, mixed with egg, green onions, green peas, carrots and topped off with more garlic shrimp.
