business gathering or tour group? Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant serves delicious traditional Chinese food and dim sum at Ala Moana Cen- ter’s Hookipa Terrace and also offers unparalleled customer service in over 8,000 square feet of restaurant space to host the perfect party.
“Jade Dynasty opened 11 years ago, and we have always focused on parties,” says general manager Gary Chan. “We continuously upgrade the menu and the environment to suit customers’ needs.”
Jade Dynasty can accommodate large parties of more than 300 guests with a 32-foot stage and 10-foot pro- jector and LED monitor for broad- casting media, as well as more inti- mate gatherings in its seven private rooms, which fit anywhere from 10 to 60 partygoers. Parking is no prob- lem, as ample spaces are available at Ala Moana Center.
For the food, Jade Dynasty serves up a Chinese banquet consisting of seafood, meat and vegetables. Favorite party dishes include the Roasted Peking Duck with Buns ($56 whole, $28.95 half), the Deep-Fried Oysters with Garlic ($20.95), and the Steamed Fish Filets with Mush- rooms, Ham and Vegetables ($21.95).
