     LANCE MORISHIMA CHEF
WADE SHIMIZU GENERAL MANAGER
At a young age, Chef Lance Morishima found his passion in culinary—and as he began to venture on his own, he was able to expose himself to the real flavors of local cuisine. When he was presented the opportunity to open The Clubhouse Mililani in December 2021, he saw this as a chance to showcase his culinary expertise and to share his passion. The Clubhouse Mililani’s menu features elevated local cuisine with a heavy Japanese influence and focuses on dishes that you can share.
A Special Place for both Golfers and Foodies
Dry Mein gained its popularity at Sam Sato’s in Maui, which is where owner Justin Mizufuka grew up eating. He recalls eating Sam Sato’s Dry Mein with Teri Beef sticks in his childhood—and so, he was inspired to create a dish that could combine those flavors and bring a sense of nostaglia with his customers. The Clubhouse Mililani has a wide variety of local favorite breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with sushi served daily after 2pm. Besides dine-in and take-out, they also have private rooms for large parties and provide catering upon request. Enjoy the comforting atmosphere at The Clubhouse Mililani whether you’re there to golf or just eat some delicious food!
