As its team strives to deliver traditional Hawaiian meals in
a comfortable family-friend- ly environment,Young’s Fish Market delights local diners by serving up some of the island’s most delicious local food favorites as it has done since 1951.
Young’s Fish Market has two locations — Kalihi and Kapolei — where guests can enjoy an array of local specialties, including Beef Stew Plate ($14.75) with a

generous 16-ounce portion of famous Beef Stew served with macaroni salad or lomi salmon, and rice or poi.
The Combination Plate comes with one’s choice of laulau — pork ($22.25) served daily, beef ($24.50)
on Wednesdays and Satur- days, chicken ($22.25) on Mondays and Thursdays, and butterfish ($25.50) on
Tuesdays and Fridays — along with kalua pig, pipi- kaula, Okinawan sweet po- tato, a choice of rice or poi, andachoiceoflomisalmon or macaroni salad.
Big Al’s Hawaiian Bento ($13.75) features a mini laulau, kalua pig, pipikaula, Okinawan sweet potato and a scoop of rice. A limited
number of these signature bentos are made daily, so be sure to call three days ahead for large orders.
