Thanks to an innovative approach to crafting new offerings and menu items, 7-Eleven Ha- waii continues to please customers with locally in- spired food and beverage selections at its 65 locations across Oahu, Kauai, Maui and Hawaii Island.
Butter Mochi SLURPEE and Butter Mochi Coffee are the latest local offerings to tantalize taste buds. The drinks are found exclusively at 7-Eleven Hawaii in four sizes: small, medium, large and extra-large (prices vary, available at select locations for a limited time).
“The SLURPEE and cof- fee are both fully custom- izable, so we encourage customers to mix and ex- periment with the flavors to find the perfect combina- tion that is as unique as they are,” says 7-Eleven Hawaii merchandising manager Debbie Poynter. “When thinking of new ideas for our dispensed beverage programs, SLURPEE and coffee, we turned to flavors that were uniquely Hawaii that people would resonate

with. We already offer butter mochi in our stores, and we saw turning this flavor into a drink as a fun challenge for us. Our team worked with Harders Hawaii and Lion Coffee to perfect the butter mochi recipe for these bev- erages, and we can’t wait for customers to try these fla- vors and let us know what they think!”
Keep an eye out next week as 7-Eleven Hawaii celebrates “7-Eleven Day”
on Monday, July 11. Starting from 11 a.m., customers can visit the register at each of the 65 locations statewide to receive a free small SLURPEE coupon, with no purchase necessary. This al- lows customers to skip the line and redeem the small SLURPEE through the end ofJuly.
This year, customers can also receive a free reusable straw with any purchase (excluding gas). The pro-
motion ends when supplies run out, so customers are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the celebration.
