Stage Restaurant hits all the right
notes for local diners by incor- porating world-inspired cuisine and taking dishes from around the globe and translating or fusing them with Asian influences to align with the local palate.
Amuse Wine Bar features a unique self-serve wine module that allows guests to sample different vino by the ounce or a full glass. Hush Puppies Is- land Corn ($15) is a great pupu to pair with one’s favorite beverage, as it fea- tures distinct flavors of nori dust, spicy mayo, kabayaki and pickled red onion.
Stage Escargot ($18) brings togeth- er rich flavors with green garlic butter, cauliflower purée, Parmesan crisp, demi-glace and arugula. Marinated Boquerones Pinchos ($14) is a popular Spanish tapa that’s served with toasted baguette, goat cheese, tomato, radish and extra-virgin olive oil.

Check out Stage Restaurant’s ban- quet options in the Amuse Bamboo Garden and The Cupola Banquet/Art Room, while Stage Café on the first floor serves coffee, beverages, pastries and food items from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays-Saturdays.
Diners should keep an eye out for spe- cial themed dinners every month. “Tast-
ing Thursday” is held on the second Thursday of each month for wine lovers, as a select wine theme is paired with accompanying cuisine served family style to complement the wines.
Then, every last Tuesday of the month, diners can look forward to the popular “Ovation Wine Dinner” with a four-course culinary-themed chef’s tasting menu of the night, along with personal wine service from Sommelier Sky Cameron.
Guests should make reservations for these and other upcoming themed opportunities because they sell out quickly!
