With just a week to go before Fa- ther’s Day, d.k Steak House is rolling out a rare opportunity to enjoy the exquisite flavors of the tender and juicy Tomahawk Ribeye.
On June 19, diners can experience the special Tomahawk Ribeye Dinner for Two ($170), which features a massive 32-ounce cut of beef with a choice of Cae- sar or d.k house salad, and garlic butter sautéed mush- room medley and potato au gratin on the side. d.k Steak House is known for its stellar USDA Prime steak selections that are aged for 30 days and offer delicious, natural flavors as the beef is raised with no growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics. In addition, the restaurant also serves up an array of salads, starters, sea- food and dessert selections that “wow” guests with each plate.

“Guests can jump in with some appetizers before enjoying a steak, which is
char-broiled in an 1,800-de- gree broiler to lock in that awesome flavor,” says chef/ owner Dave “D.K.” Kodama. “I tell my staff that if we take the time to care about mak- ing quality food and do that consistently, then I’m happy.”
