The Lemon Ricotta Blue-
berry Pancakes ($15.99) is a new flavor that adds a bit of zest to the sweetness. Expect fresh lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes load- ed with blueberries, and topped with creamy lemon ricotta and even more fresh
blueberries. (Pro tip: Add a squeeze of lemon for an extra zing!)
While pancake, waffle and French toast options domi- nate the menu, the main en- trées are not to be missed.
The longtime fan-favorite Cheeseburger Omelette ($19.99) takes a childhood classic and turns it into something creative. In this dish, Black Angus beef and veggies meld with American, Jack and cheddar cheeses, and is complemented by the addition of hash browns, ketchup and mustard.
One of the newest dishes is the Deluxe Three Cheese & Bacon Omelette ($19.99), which is stuffed and topped with Jack and cheddar chees- es, white cheese sauce, hick- ory-smoked bacon, crispy
hash browns and roasted cherry tomatoes.
“IHOP is a must-visit stop for guests who love eating breakfast all day, as we de- livery fluffy pancakes, filling omelets and mouth-water- ing waffles to all taste buds, whether it’s 8 a.m. or 8 p.m.,” says director of marketing Debra Espino.
