New Special – Dry Mein
This dish is the first collaboration project with Shiro’s and Sun Noodle!
Dry Mien is a chewy, non-fried noodle dish
that is packed with flavor and garnished with
char siu, luncheon meat, fishcake and green onion.
It also comes with a teri stick on the side and a dipping dashi broth. Think of it as the local version of Tsukemen or Somen dish. Dip the noodles in the dashi, slurp and enjoy! It is a MUST TRY!!
