Enjoy a romantic night at Mahina and Sun’s, which is located at Surfjack Hotel & Swim Club. The eatery will be celebrat- ing Valentine’s Day from Feb. 11 through Feb.14.
Executive chef Erik Leong will be incorporating local Manoa chocolate through- out the menu. The Valen- tine’s prix fixe dinner ($65) consists of three courses. The first course includes water- cress, strawberries, Sweet Land Farm goat cheese and candied coco pistachios with pomegranate molasses. The main dish features cacao cured duck breast, lentils, endive, carrots and orange with port wine sauce. For dessert, guests can indulge in a caramelized pear choc- olate mousse cake.
In addition to its Valen- tine’s offerings, the restau- rant’s regular dinner and Happy Hour menus will also be available. With so many options in place, there’s sure to be something to satisfy all appetites.
