“Our guests appreciate these healthier options on our keto menu when dining out; consequently, it has been well received and quite popular,” says owner and president Lane Muraoka.
Another option is the Citrus-Grilled Salmon Salad ($15.99) on a bed of organic greens, chopped romaine lettuce, lo- cal tomatoes, red onions and homemade ponzu sauce. For a meatier option, customers can try the Pulehu New York Steak With Grilled Onions and Mushrooms ($23.49). It is a hand-cut USDA choice New York strip steak grilled medium-rare and served with a double helping of fresh sautéed vegetables.
