The second course is a Baked Lobster Wel- lington served with tarragon butter, herbed Hamakua Springs alii mushroom and aspar- agus. Next on the menu is a Misoyaki Chilean Sea Bass with furikake risotto, green tea, bubu arare, scallions and lemon butter. The fourth course is a Grilled Lamb Chop with a soy black pepper glaze, kabocha puree, oven-dried grape tomatoes and broccolini. Patrons will
finish their meal with a NewYork Cheesecake with brandied cherries, red velvet sponge and smoked Tahitian vanilla bean meringue.
The New Year’s Eve five-course menu is $120 per head, with an additional $60 for a beverage pairing. Secure your reservations now as Stage’s tasting menus are booked quickly. Amuse Wine Bar will be closed Dec. 31.
