Individual packages are $14, and a set of three kits (each kit makes three por- tions) is $45 online in its ka- maaina store, plus shipping.
Expect two kit varieties: Liliha Saimin and Haleiwa Drymein. The former takes you back in the day when saimin stands were found all over Honolulu, especially in the Liliha area; and the latter pays homage to the North Shore’s famous garlic shrimp trucks with a Maui-style dry mein and special garlic butter flavor that locals and visitors have come to love.
