Inspired by a bounty of rich and diverse local farms throughout the islands, La Hiki’s plant-forward menu is rooted in
fresh, sustainable cuisine as one of the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina’s stellar dining destinations.
La Hiki is located alongside the inviting Ohana Pool and offers open-air dining in the heart of the resort. In the morning, La Hiki features an alluring blend of traditional and in- novative breakfast offerings. Customers also rave about La Hiki’s famed Sunday Brunch for All Seasons.
“In the afternoons, guests can relax with a wholesome lunch with views of the pools
and the crystal blue ocean,” says Lucy Cao, general manager of La Hiki at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.
The prix fixe Brunch for All Seasons is available Sundays from 11 am. to 3 p.m. for $79 per person and includes an opening course of Blueberry Scone & Chef’s Choice Amuse; second course featuring a Poke Sam- pler, Sashimi, Cocktail Shrimp, Oysters and chef-crafted sauces; a third course with La Hiki’s Benny, Bacon, Fried Rice, Herb-crusted Prime Rib and succulent Steamed Lobster Tail; and a Chef’s Selection of Dessert Trio to wrap up the delectable meal.
“Brunch for All Seasons at Four Seasons
Resort Oahu at Ko Olina does not disap- point,” Cao says. “My tip would be to make sure you leave room for dessert as we fea- ture a wonderful rotating chef’s selection of desserts, such as Raspberry Cream Puff, Chocolate Mousse Tulip Cup and Lilikoi Cheesecake. La Hiki also features live music during brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., creat- ing a beautiful atmosphere in our open-air restaurant. We highly recommend making reservations in advance.”
