Ramen-ya was founded in 2007 opening our flagship store in Kahului, Maui. Since Ramen-ya was well received in Maui, we knew we could be successful when expanding to O‘ahu where we can feature affordable meals served in a clean, modern atmosphere.
Our broth is specially made by using quality ingredients like pork bones, chicken and vegetables; simmering for over 10 hours. Starting this month, we are featuring a healthy dietary High Fiber Ramen Noodle, each portion is packed with 19 grams of dietary fiber which is beneficial to your health. An excellent source of daily dietary fiber.
