Prawns with lemongrass garlic vinaigrette as an ap- petizer, along with Roasted Kabocha Pumpkin and Lob- ster Bisque soup. The entrée, meanwhile, offers tradition with a twist. It includes Roast- ed Turkey with Thai Sticky Rice Chestnut Stuffing, Giblet Gravy, Young French Long Beans, Baby Carrot and
Cranberry Apricot Chutney. End the meal with Choc- olate Cake with Pumpkin
