Patrons can indulge in a six-course menu for $78 or a nine-course menu for $143.
The restaurant boasts a unique spread such as the “crescent moon” dish, an open sandwich containing duck and foie gras, and the “flower” dish, which fea- tures lobster and lobster tomato sauce.
Matsumoto recommends the Sohomare Karakuchi sake, as it pairs nicely with the menus’ ingredients.
