W ith Thanksgiving fast approaching, A Catered Experience is gearing up for the holiday, ac- cepting preorders for a take-home feast that
feeds roughly eight.
For $152.95, all who sign up are promised seven Thanks-
giving staples that include, of course, a hot 10- to 12-pound turkey, an impressive spread of sides that require simple reheating and a Napoleon’s Bakery pumpkin pie. Add-on items, meanwhile, range from maki sushi and chicken nishime to steamed vegetables and apple pie.
But, cautions general manager Ron Hattori, reservations are going quickly. In fact, if last year is any indication, they may even sell out early.
Mail-in forms are due Nov. 5, while online orders must be placed by Nov. 18. Pickup will take place on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Hawaii Okinawa Center parking lot, located at 94-587 Ukee St. in Waipahu.
