Originally Noods Ramen Bar was a pop-up concept at Osoyami, but we were lucky enough to find a lease two weeks before the stay-at-home order started. Although it was difficult to adjust from a normal dine-in restaurant to a quick-paced takeout restaurant,

Affordable, high quality Ramen in Kaimuki
We specialize in a techique that involves 'Cold Steeping', we steep our ingredients overnight for our dashi and the following day we combine the rest of our ingredients to create our broths. We have a very diverse menu with many modern spins on flavors as well as traditional Ramen. Most of our broths are vegan and we have a wide array of vegan Ramen options as well. At Noods Ramen Bar, we have something for everyone, so come on down and check us out!
