Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen was founded in 2012 in Singapore with expertise and guidance from our headquarters in Osaka, Japan. We now have
six stores in Singapore, six in Thailand, and one in Waikiki.

Our ingredients are carefully selected from soup to toppings and we are focused on creating affordable meals for our customers to enjoy while visiting Waikiki. We have a wide variety of soups you can choose from; Shoyu, Shio, and Miso; as well as a Vegetable option. We pride ourselves on quality that is comparable to specialty stores.

Housemade Tonkotsu broth that is simmered until it is a perfect match for our rich and flavorful miso base. Top it off with a
light sprinkle of chili powder to enhance the flavors of miso. Of course, our Ramen eggs are also homemade every day.
Everything from our soup, char siu, and gyoza are homemade. We do our best every day
to provide safe, secure, and delicious foods at a reasonable price without relying on ready- made products!
