We opened our doors in May of 2020, yes, during the lock-down. We were unsure on how the pandemic would influence our business, but thankfully due to our very supporting community and customers we were able remain open for over a year. Our name 'Natsuboshi' comes from a wish from our owner's friend, "I wish that you can become a star in Hawai`i."
Sapporo-style Ramen in Kaka`ako
With 25 years of Ramen making experience we developed Ramen very similar to what you would find in Hokkaido. We only use hand-selected ingredients as well as using ingredients and elements very similar to Sapporo-style cooking. Besides Ramen, we also serve small plates and rice dishes! Find us on the second-floor food court at H Mart Kaka`ako!
Special Shoyu Ramen $18.98
Our signature Tonkotsu broth is simmered for 10 hours until it is pearly white. We then combine the broth with Shoyu and top the Ramen with stir-fried vegetables, five pieces of Char Siu, Fishcake, Menma, Egg, and Green Onions. Please come and enjoy our rich and hearty Ramen!
