In 2010, Bario was founded in Shimbashi Tokyo, Japan. Soon after, Bario opened more stores in Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Hawai‘i -- one location at Ala Moana and the other at Waikiki Yokocho (which is temporarily closed).

What is Jiro-style Ramen? Jiro-style Ramen is well-known for large portions including a mountain of vegetables, thick slices of Char Siu, and udon-like Ramen noodles. All our ingredients are carefully hand-selected and we boil our pork bones for over 20 hours, to produce a rich and creamy broth.
